Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• MUST have thorough knowledge of Auto Parts
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in Auto Parts Industry
• Minimum of 1 year inside sales phone experience
• Must be Bilingual Spanish and English
• Must have excellent phone etiquette
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service
• MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will support our customer retention effort by providing excellent support customer support.

• Respond to customer inquiries via: web, email, and/or telephone
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, faxing and emailing invoices and statements
• Oversee scheduling of call center employees, monitor call center phone queues throughout the day and ensure all queues have appropriate agents logged in
• Assist the AR department with collection calls, posting payments, reconciling cash reports
• Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problem

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear
• Regularly lift and or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted
