Position: Paint Specialist

Employment Status: Full-time, Year Round

NPW is currently seeking a reliable and driven individual to fill the position of Paint Specialist.

"Selling & Marketing what industry customers need & want"

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• MUST previous experience mixing paint
• MUST have basic automotive knowledge in automotive paint supplies
• Ability to troubleshoot paint related problems
• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service
• MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!

Responsibilities:

Paint Specialist will be responsible for mixing paint in an automotive paint setting.

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Ensure all customer orders are being processed on time
• Keep track of all inventory used in the paint department
• Provides quotes & order information to customers
• Demonstrates knowledge of product
• Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problem

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear
• Regularly lift and or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted
• Work in a paint environment
