The store manager will be responsible for monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of current procedures, develop and implement operational policies, maintain store profitability by managing expenses to sales and oversee and support the inside sales team and local route drivers.

Requirements:

• Strong math computation and analytical skills
• Ability to understand sales/financial trends and adjust operations occordingly
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to motivate and lead a teaM
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge.

• Respond to customer complaints and comments in a professional manner.
• awareness of market trends in the automotive aftermarket, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

• Assure safety compliance with company requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!

• Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry.
• Must have one (1) plus years of management experience
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
• Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
